HAROLD "PAPPY" WAGNER MEMORIAL
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP 

  In 1998, ET Brisson Detachment instituted a program to offer scholarships 
[up to $1,000] to graduating Collier County High School students each year. 
The following is the criteria that the students must meet to qualify for these scholarships:
  > Must have US Marine Corps or FMF Corpsman lineage
i.e. father, mother, or grandparent must have been honorably discharged 
or is still serving in the United States Marine Corps 
or the United States Navy as FMF Corpsman
  >  Have a 3.0 GPA or better
  > Enrollment in a 2- or 4-year college/university
  > Graduating from a Collier County High School
  >  Applicant has demonstrated leadership ability 
(such as:  ROTC, sports team or community volunteer program)
  >  Application must be post marked no later than March 31st of year applying
